What if I receive a defective item?
Any item we judge to be defective will be promptly repaired or a pro-rated (12 month) replacement credit will be issued.
How do I make a return?
Returned merchandise must have approval in writing, and be accompanied by the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number printed on the exterior of the shipping container.

What about defective custom orders?
Custom, Special Orders, and garments with graphics or embroidery will be repaired if possible but will not be accepted for replacement or credit.
